Currently we have a large brand new Sales Office available for long term hire or sale.  The sales cost is $59500 including GST.  Please call us for Hire costs.

 

The Sales Office is 50 square metres with 2.7m ceilings.  There is a sales office with air conditioning, one window facing the front of the building and it also has a fixed glass panel looking through to lounge area as per the pictures.  On the other side of the lounge area which is also air conditioned, there is a kitchenette with hot water system and small breakfast bar and room for a standing fridge and some storage.  The bathroom has been built for disabled access meeting all the regulations.

 

The building is fully insulated comes with data points and power points in the lounge and sales office. windows are secured with crim safe screens.

 

The Office is cladded using Western Red Cedar and has also been oiled for protection.  Flooring will be provided for the customer also.  A pilot is not required for the transport.
